What recession? New stores open in Somerville and Boston

The good thing about the recession? Small businesses can grow and thrive. Bostal gal loves hearing about new spots to check out. Here are a few.

Spun - 860 Broadway in Somerville - small Fro yo and Ice cream shop has opened in the Powder House area. Great treat for Tufts and neighborhood residents.
Vintage Revenge - A new vintage clothing store has opened in Harvard Square. This place is filled with some great finds for those classic pieces. I picked up a 1950's bathing suit for less than $50. Hollah. Vintage Revenge is located at 1105
Flock Boutique - A mother-daughter duo opened this store with clothes, shoes, and accessories. Located at 274 Shawmut Ave in the South End.
J.EM. - a new house/kitchen store has opened in the South End. Filled with new bar carts and older vintage stuff too. J.E.M is located at 470 Shawmut Ave.
