Sadly my knowledge of Swedish cuisine only consists of a dinner that a co-worker made 8 years ago and the Swedish meatballs that I've had at IKEA. After next Wednesday, my knowledge of Swedish cuisine will still, sadly, be from those two sources.
The IKEA in Stoughton will be having an all-you-can eat crayfish party on August 20th from 6pm to 9pm. Their (in)famous meatballs will also be making an appearance.
