Daily Candy reports that the Le Cordon Bleu has a new restaurant next to the cooking school. Tres chic.
Technique is like Daily Candy says - a little Top Chef in Boston. And considering none of the chefs on that show hail from our region, it's about time we have something. The restaurant will feature not only as a classroom but will serve both lunch and dinner. Entrees max out at $20 and tips go towards the school's scholarship fund.
