I know, you all saw American's Best Dance Crew (ABDC if you are host Mario Lopez) last week when they paid homage to Missy Elliot and are just dying to get on the dance floor, right? Well, as Montell Jordan once said, "This is how we do it." Ok, not as good as a JT "Rock Your Body" reference, but it works.
