Barbara Lynch, mostly known for her famous restaurant No. 9 Park, has been gradually opening up a casual and fine dining experience in the hot Fort Point Channel District. The first part of the Lynch experience is the bar Drink, located at 348 Congress Street. Drink will have a vintage feel not only in drinks but also in decor, with pieces being picked up in flea markets and antique stores. Master Mixologist (yeah, this place has one of those) John Gersten has been stated to think of a 1950s throw back feel with new school techniques.
