Gap closes many doors

So first the Porter Square Gap closed, then through my grapevine I learned that the Central Square Gap will not be renewing its lease, and today, in the Globe, the Gap announced it is closing its Newbury Street location as well - so basically, the latter two stores will be gone by 2010. This is just two of 115 stores that the Gap will be closing. Here's hoping it doesn't leave the Copley Plaza.
