Chef Douglas Organ of JP's cafe D has opened a new Latin American joint filled with fish tacos and cemitas (like a sandwich).
Dorado's menu looks delicious with fish tacos (made with Atlantic white fish), regular tacos, rotisserie family meals and of course, cemitas. Sides include the regular chips and guacamole, but also have what are sure to be new favorites like spicy pickled carrots, jicama & jalapeños and smoked ancho chile dusted yucca fries.
