Though sadly the newly expanded Dave's Fresh Pasta in Davis Sq. was closed on Sunday, I noticed the new digs are open for business (see the picture). Dave's Fresh Pasta took over the old Cibeline store (it headed to higher pastures - Beacon Hill's Charles St.) and added a whole new section on microbrews and wine. Dave's Fresh Pasta also has classes for my fellow foodies. Enjoy the Grand Opening Event Thursday, April 16th from 5pm-9pm.

Thanks for update on Dave's. Love that place! Used to be a staple for me when I lived in Davis Sq. Hoping I can make the grand opening. I wonder if my buddy Sam Reid still works there?
