Cochon555 This Sunday

What is Cochon555? Well, it's a national event, where 5 local chefs, each with their own pig; and 5 wine markets come together for some friendly competition for the Farms for Kids organization based in Reading, VT. The event is being held at the Liberty Hotel from 5pm-8pm and does cost $125 but its for a good cause, right? The chefs competing are Tony Maws (Craigie on Main), Jamie Bissonnette (Toro), Matthew Jennings (Farmstead), Jason Bond (Beacon Hill Bistro) and Joseph Margate (Clink). Click here for more info and to buy tickets. (PS, I wouldn't be surprised it some local foodies hang out around the hotel just to chef watch, so don't be ashamed to head on over.)
