Ana Sortun, owner and renowned chef (James Beard Award winner) of Oleana in Cambridge, is opening up a new Middle Eastern bakery and cafe called Sofra. Sofra is a partnership with Oleana's pastry chef Maura Kilpatrick, and the menu will offer a hummus bar, sandwhich made with fresh flatbreads, fruits and herbs.
