Wang or Citi no more?

The Wang Center for the Performing Arts has hit a lot of snags as Broadway Across America (aka Clear Channel) has bought up the Colonial Theatre and Opera House and brought in the big named Broadway shows (i.e. Wicked and Avenue Q). Today, another collaboration ends again. Boston.com is reporting that the Boston Ballet will be leaving its Wang Center (aka now the Citi Center) contract and will be staging its performances at the Opera House. Ouch. I hope the Wang/Citi Center can stay alive. We've already lost the Wilbur Theatre, too and when the new W Hotel opens down there, it will be an interesting mix.
