So You Think You Can Dance?

Prove it! Head over to the ICA this August for their popular series YOU DANCE! Below is the information on the first few, but I think I want to try bellydancing, cause my hips don't lie.

YOU DANCE FRIDAYS IS BACK!
Last summer's popular series combining dance lessons and live music returns with four new dance styles. Free with museum admission. Admission is $12 for general and $10 for students and seniors.

Swing
August 1, 6 pm
Start with an hour of instruction, then put your new moves to the test with music by Russ Gershon’s Swing Vote, featuring musicians from the Either/Orchestra.

Samba
August 8, 6 pm
Start with an hour of instruction by André Carvalho and Rosangela Santiago, then move to the rhythm of the Brasilis quartet, led by award-winning flutist and composer Fernando Brandão

Coming up: Tap and Bellydance!
